It's easy base for sightseeing and exploring Brighton. The location of the hotel is fantastic, adjacent to the sea and quiet area. Also, it's located just 1 km from an exotic palace.

All in all everything was great, had a perfectly pleasant stay for the Brighton Marathon weekend. The best part were the supper friendly and affable staff. Its setting in the heart of the city was great.

I had warm budget double room with a full-length mirror, shared bathroom, for example. A hair dryer and fresh towels were very handy. As for me, the location was super, near eating places, antique stores, and several nearby restaurants. Moreover, the hotel was not too far from Brighton Palace Pier.
